Open CAD & Civilian Lookup

Open CAD

Search for a civilian in CAD to view their information and linked records.

  1. Click Civilians under Database.
  2. Enter their name in the search bar.
  3. Click the civilian’s search result to open their information.

Tip: If searching by name does not work, try their CID instead.

The Overview shows the civilian’s licences, BOLOs, warrants, history, registered vehicles, properties, and weapons. Scroll down to view notes, mugshots, and attached images.

Use the tabs at the top to review Reports, Citations, Warrants, Vehicles, Properties, Weapons, Known Locations, and Notes individually.

Quick Actions let you add a note, issue a citation, attach an image, view the civilian’s file, review warrants, or access their vehicles.
