Update Pulling out of cars

After much demand, pulling out of the vehicle will be back from the next restart. Use SHIFT + H to drag someone from their seat.

Enhancement Better Tow Script

The tow script has been changed to something different now, still same command with /tow but also /towtakeover if ever needed. Any bugs straight to Bug reports please and thank you!

Bug Fix Changes to towscript

* Manual takeover command /towcontrol - Takes over the towtruck if the truck gets stuck * Check to see if any blockage front or back - If front blocked it tries rear, if rear blocked tries front, if both blocked tow will not come * Check to see if cars are near by - This is to help ensure officers are blocking off scenes etc

The Store Development Team is looking for developers with experience working on vehicle assets. Team members will handle vehicle de-badging, editing vehicle data, and optimizing assets for server stability. Experience with livery creation is a plus. Contributors receive credit payouts and access to a shared vehicle fleet.
