Persistent Texture loss issues can now be solved by running the /recache command. /recache will force a client-sided texture recache; forcefully reloading your clients textures.

Fixed a bug where cops would die after reviving; being stuck in a loop of 999 seconds to revive.
When you revive from a "minor" death; you will respawn with 80% hp; when you revive from a "major" death you will revive with 65% hp and major statuses will still be applied like bleed and fractures.

CC Animals will now be able to enter vehicles /petin exit vehicles /petout stay /petstay and follow /petheel their owners. This can also be accessed from the /animalmenu interface. While a helicopter is in hover, it now will not sustain damage anymore to prevent engine faults.
