Fixed a bug where cops would die after reviving; being stuck in a loop of 999 seconds to revive.

When you revive from a "minor" death; you will respawn with 80% hp; when you revive from a "major" death you will revive with 65% hp and major statuses will still be applied like bleed and fractures.

Persistent Texture loss issues can now be solved by running the /recache command. /recache will force a client-sided texture recache; forcefully reloading your clients textures.

You can now filter animals by type (e.g., Dogs) for easier navigation. The side panel displays your current animal, including its health shown both as a bar and numerical value. New interaction options have also been added, including Sit, Lay, Stay in Vehicle, Go to Closest Vehicle, and Reload Pet (available when your pet dies).

CarPlay is finally back on the server! You can now listen to live radio stations or play YouTube links with a full queue system — including song prioritization and queue management. Starting from next restart BCSO will now enjoy new sirens across all of their main fleet vehicles. Special thanks to Justin Smith for helping to implement this and Hank V. for bringing this idea forward.

Added a new /stealthmenu system. Players can toggle stealth mode on/off or set their own keybind. While active, characters enter a stealth-style stance when holding weapons, crouching, and aiming.

Added a new /childlock command to vehicles. Any player in seat 1 and 2 can toggle child locks on the rear doors of their vehicle - once enabled, back seat passengers are unable to open the doors or exit on their own. Players can use /dooropen to open the closest door, and if the door is open then people can jump out of the locked vehicle. /doorclose to shut it again or drive off / push it shut.
