Sub departments

Area-based departments such as Paleto Bay, Vinewood or Sandy Shores, with their own duty identity, roster, documents and subdivisions.
Your eligibility
You need a verified rank of sergeant or above (or the equivalent) in a main department. A rank inside a sub department does not count on its own.
