01 / Keep moving

A whole new inventory.
Full control. A quick glance.

A redesigned full inventory puts your pockets, equipped gear, bags, and nearby storage in one place. Hold Tab for a quick inventory you can use while walking, then let go to close it.

Quick inventory

  • Hold Tab to peek, keep walking, and release it to close. The minimap stays available.
  • Press K from the quick view to open the full inventory.
  • See nearby ground items, or the glovebox when applicable. Drag an item out to drop it from your hand while keeping the inventory open.
  • The quick view remembers your selected inventory and fits compact layouts to the available slots.

Full inventory & gear

  • Search items and manage your pockets, wallet, phone, holster, armor, bag, and keys around the equipment display.
  • Crafting, weapon reloads, rifle racks, searches, and the hotbar are supported in the new interface.
  • Ground storage is capped at four visible rows, and extra side inventories can be collapsed.
  • Store-bought police vehicles now count as police vehicles for rifle racks and seating.

Sound, style & polish

  • Inventory sounds have a master volume and individual volume controls in Settings.
  • Additional inventory accent colors are available to GVIP; BC Blue is the standard accent.
  • Faster opening uses cached pockets, gear, and bags, followed by a soft fade and column animation.
  • Empty inventories display correctly, the duffel bag shake no longer repeats, and the full inventory only closes on a deliberate click on empty space.
  • HUD elements tuck away around the inventory so the interface has room to breathe.

02 / Find your way

See the world.
Plan your next move.

Explore a satellite view of the server's world, switch back to the GTA map when you prefer, and use the waypoint as one connected GPS system.

A map with more context

  • Switch between Satellite and GTA map views; your preference is remembered.
  • Search the location legend, toggle individual blips or entire groups, and cycle between locations of the same type.
  • Fold legend groups and keep those choices across restarts. Players and units have their own Players group.
  • Street names, full postal codes, and postal blocks make locations easier to describe. Postal zoom options live in Settings.
  • Satellite imagery is also shared with CAD's Live Map and the gang territory map.

Connected routing

  • Set a waypoint or choose a route-enabled location to plan your journey.
  • GPS recalculates when you leave the route, and clearing the waypoint clears its route.
  • Street selection follows road lanes and junctions rather than drawing straight across the map.
  • Blip labels, flashing, scale, and alignment are preserved more consistently while zooming.

03 / Make it yours

Your screen.
Your layout.

A satellite minimap and a reorganized UI Settings page give you more control over what appears on screen and where it goes.

Satellite minimap

  • Use a satellite minimap with a Compass shape, directional ring, and bearing display.
  • Choose vehicle tilt and speed-based zoom, with separate switches for street and postal labels.
  • Inside and Block location layouts work with the satellite map, including layouts with the map on the right.
  • Waypoint markers sit on the map edge when the destination leaves the visible area; route updates and tile transitions are smoother.

Positions & saved presets

  • Drag the minimap, location, status bars, speedometer, stamina bar, and cash/bank display, or choose a preset position.
  • CAD overlays and the body camera display use the same drag controls and position presets.
  • Save, update, rename, and delete UI presets. Right Compass Map is included as a starting layout.
  • Apply only a preset's changes from the defaults, or override all UI settings with that preset. The buttons show how many settings will change.
  • Search UI Settings across HUD, minimap, positions, bodycam, and hints/chat controls. The settings window can be moved and folded away.

Useful information, less clutter

  • A check-engine light appears yellow at 60% engine condition and red at 30%.
  • Cash and bank HUD balances are hidden by default and can be enabled in Settings.
  • Key hints can be controlled by location, with phone-camera hints and vehicle hints that default to appearing on entry.
  • HUD positioning follows the minimap more consistently, and overlays hide appropriately under xMenu and the inventory.

04 / Your favorite tabs, within reach

Make the pause menu
your own.

Drag tabs from the Player Hub sidebar into the pause menu's top bar. Put the pages you use most right where you want them, ready to open directly.

Choose your top tabs

  • Open the Player Hub and drag a tab from its sidebar into the top bar.
  • Keep frequently used pages such as Events and Gangs at the top so you can open them directly.
  • The pause landing follows your chosen top tabs and supports up to eight entries.
  • Police, EMS, and civilian counts now appear as small chips on the pause landing.
  • Game options sit inside Settings, which opens on BCRP settings by default. The sidebar now stays inside its window.

Your characters in Roleplay

  • Browse the account's characters with their photos, details, and current character indicator.
  • View RP reputation and feedback, criminal history, current jail time and probation, citations, and licences.
  • See registered weapons, properties, vehicles, World Scenes activity, racing and social statistics, and character badges.

06 / Find something happening

Make a plan.
Bring people together.

A shared events board connects scheduled server and department events with spontaneous pop-ups and nearby World Scenes.

Discover & join

  • Browse server, department, and pop-up events, with Happening Now and IC/OOC filters.
  • Mark Going or Maybe, check times and locations, and find department events from the board.
  • Nearby World Scenes appear with their creator and a waypoint option; creators can list scenes on the board.
  • Event map blips, reminders, and Weazel News bulletins help people find what's happening.

Host your own

  • Start a pop-up event in game or plan a scheduled server event with the appropriate permissions.
  • Server and department schedules connect to the panel and department hubs.
  • Event creation keeps your form when you switch tabs; event creation requests now preserve all their arguments.

07 / Play out the scene

Tell your side.
Shape your medical RP.

A redesigned medical panel lets patients describe their RP state while responders assess and treat them.

Patient-controlled findings

  • Set alive or deceased, conscious or unconscious, pulse, breathing, pain, overall severity, and scene notes.
  • These findings describe your RP rather than changing physical health. Choosing unconscious or deceased puts your character down.
  • The downed screen gives you a direct Medical RP State shortcut.
  • The automatic unconscious state when downed no longer blocks normal Hold E, Get Up, or Help Up; a state you deliberately choose is respected.

Connected care

  • Responders can treat from the assessment, with synchronized treatment progress and patient updates about their care.
  • EMS can set consciousness as part of treatment, and medical encounters can follow assessments and reassessments.
  • 11-44 and morgue/hospital transitions have been tightened up, including keeping the medical panel available during the scene.

08 / A workspace for every responder

CAD for EMS & fire.
Care, documented.

A dedicated EMS/fire workspace brings patient encounters, medical reporting, and fire incident tools into CAD 4.0.

Medical reporting

  • Medical Search, patient profiles, known or John Doe patients, and encounters linked to medical reports.
  • Start recording from a nearby assessment, join an existing encounter, pause or resume, reassess, and hand care to another responder.
  • Document vitals with abnormal-value flags, patient statements and corrections, MIST handoffs, and receiving facilities.
  • Patient care records include documentation, a readable event timeline, and vitals, with a triage board on Home.

Fire & team workflows

  • Fire Database search, revisioned preplans, incident boards, tactical benchmarks, an incident clock, and PAR counts.
  • Medical and fire reports retain narrative, media, responders, witnesses, notes, locations, sharing, and review.
  • EMS/fire responder roles and service-specific access keep clinical records and police enforcement tools in their appropriate workspaces.

CAD for your shift

  • Choose Patrol Blue, Rescue Red, Clinical Teal, Ember, or Graphite. GVIP can use custom accents, including the tone board.
  • Shared With Me results, Add Access character search, report refreshes, and encounter reopening are more reliable.
  • Workspace warnings no longer appear outside the active CAD, and notification frames no longer catch stray double-clicks.
  • Approvals no longer poll for players without CAD access, and Flock alerts now cover flagged vehicles and robbery getaways.

09 / Build a name

Start a crew.
Make your mark.

A new gang system connects membership, reputation, territory, warehouses, and a shared Gang Points economy. Manage your group from the Gangs tab.

From Crew to Enterprise

  • Create a Crew on a civilian character, invite members, manage ownership, and build reputation together.
  • Progress through Crew, Squad, Gang, and Enterprise. Squad requires a Certified Civilian owner; Gang and Enterprise require review.
  • Squad and above unlock editable roles and permissions. Owners can expand member slots up to the gang's cap.
  • The Gangs tab includes activity, boards, history, reviews, membership, territory, and warehouse management.
  • Gang review selects a Drugs, Vehicles, or Heists path, with its own XP and levels. Path changes go through management.

Turf & warehouses

  • Claim turf with gang sprays and remove rival tags under the defender rules.
  • Claim a warehouse with shared storage and production slots. Drugs-path gangs can install meth labs and grow tables using GP.
  • Timed batches include minigame steps that determine quality; lab progress survives restarts.
  • Warehouse production replaces new legacy meth-table placement and weed-brick packing. Existing legacy meth batches can still be finished.
  • Gang-aware xScenes rewards and conditions can connect authored RP to gang progression.

Reputation has stakes

  • Crew and Squad earn from street robberies and sales. Gang and Enterprise earn full matching-path reputation and half street reputation.
  • Repeated activities have fatigue, and qualifying failed crimes, jail bookings, and rival deaths can cost gang reputation.
  • Successful rival crime on owned turf can damage the defending gang's reputation when defenders are online.
  • Flock cameras, police patrols, dispatch calls, and gang heat create pressure that reduces reputation gains.
  • Personal contribution, tier, and a crime streak reduce crime stress. Active recovery is faster on home turf; rival turf adds pressure.

10 / Contacts in your pocket

Meet the Burner app.
Work your connections.

Gang members get a Burner phone app for their jobs, active work, GP supplies, and boss contacts, while the Gangs tab remains the place to manage the group.

Supplies, loot & the boss

  • Burner has Jobs, Active, Shop, and Boss tabs, with supply orders, drone calls, and level-up and delivery notifications.
  • GP replaces QP as the gang's shared, non-transferable spending balance.
  • Fence eligible stolen goods with regional bosses or call the boss's drone. Goods from your own path receive a bonus; off-path goods are refused.
  • Loot includes stolen phones, watches, chains, real wallets with money and an NPC ID, camera heads, and eligible heist valuables.
  • Street and clean drug packs carry their source and quality; confirmed pack or lab sales count toward the appropriate reputation.
  • GP earn allowances persist across restarts and character changes. The boss has no separate cash-in cap.
  • The temporary Handoff inventory has 50 slots and 200 weight and clears on a full server restart.
  • Gang heat rises with activity and decays over time. The Burner includes a limited Lay Low option.

11 / More tools for your story

xScenes opens up.
Add atmosphere. Start again.

The scene creator is now open to everyone, with more effects, reusable interactions, and ways to connect scenes to the world.

New creator tools

  • Everyone can open the scene creator. Prop and SMS blocks require CC1; other advanced blocks retain their permissions.
  • Particle and sound blocks add local or synchronized effects from catalogs management can extend.
  • The Smart Fires package adds fire and smoke, extinguishing actions, and burning-state conditions for eligible CC3/GVIP creators.
  • Reset a scene immediately or after a delay, optionally hiding it in the meantime. Pending resets survive restarts.
  • Heist laptop and drill actions can use synchronized animations with props and sounds. Display-case smashes face the case and break the glass on impact for nearby players.
  • Linked panel agents can help author your own xScenes projects through the access you grant, respecting block permissions and organizing blocks into spaced-out pages.

Also in 3.2

The smaller changes.
They add up.

World interactions, gameplay fixes, and reliability improvements since the last 3.1 merge.

World & vehicles

  • Gas pumps use always-available E prompts: take the nozzle, put it in the vehicle, choose a fuel grade at the pump, and return the nozzle afterward.
  • Pump hoses now hang with slack and follow the nozzle more naturally. Hose explosions are restricted and have a saved settings toggle.
  • Motorcycles and bicycles no longer use door locks; ignition keys still apply.
  • Trash bins under roofs and awnings can be opened correctly.
  • Stretcher resources received updates to patient and ambulance handling.
  • State Police is presented as Marshals, with a marshal duty command.
  • Character needs are preserved when a location save cannot read character metadata.

Crime & gameplay fixes

  • Fixed legitimate Pacific heist drill results triggering false bans, and corrected Fleeca and jailbreak reset and validation problems.
  • Vehicle keys are controlled by the server, and obtaining keys to another player's car requires a server-started lockpick.
  • Corrected VIP meth selling, gang bag sales affecting strain reputation, failed sales getting stuck, and boss/drone handling of invalid or off-path goods.
  • NPC resistance recognizes weapons consistently, and holding up a jail guard no longer counts as a failed ordinary NPC robbery.
  • Crime rewards and item metadata have stronger validation, with protections against duplicate or forged claims.

Reliability & presentation

  • Map imagery loads and zooms more consistently, with recovery from throttled tile requests and fewer blank or blurry transitions.
  • Notifications remain visible while avoiding taking the mouse away from the active interface.
  • The staff server monitor retains disconnected players and includes suspected teleport evidence.
  • Shared UI assets have checkout-specific fallbacks when the usual delivery path is unavailable.
  • Native network events have additional flood protection, with tighter checks around jail and heist actions.
  • The prop-image capture workflow is automated to support catalog thumbnails.
